WITHDRAWAL METHOD

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

    In case of damage to the goods during transport, Biffigioielli will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
  • Biffigioielli does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
  • upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Biffigioielli will deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The procedure to be established established by Biffigioielli, once the Customer has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal, are:

  • Pending confirmation of receipt by Biffigioielli.
  • Sending the parcel in the manner illustrated.

REFUND

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, Biffigioielli will refund the customer the full amount already paid, in the shortest possible time, and in any case no later than 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
Therefore it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DECADES

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Biffigioielli finds:

  • failure to return the original receipt;
  • even partial use of the goods and any consumables;
  • the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
  • damage to the product for reasons other than transportation;
  • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
  • in the cases indicated above, Biffigioielli will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE

All products sold by Biffigioielli are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. 24 MONTHS WARRANTY

DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)

Substitutions in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) occur only if expressly provided by the manufacturer and if produced under an Italian guarantee. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
Warning: product not working on delivery is not intended when the product arrives damaged due to transportation to the customer's home.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

REFUND
