REQUEST FOR PERSONAL DATA CANCELLATION

Regarding the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right to:
- request confirmation of the existence of your personal data at the Biffigioielli headquarters; to know their origin, logic and purpose of their treatment;
- obtain updating, rectification, and integration;
- to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block in case of illegal treatment;
- to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons or in the case of use of the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication.
Obtaining the cancellation of personal data is subject to the sending of a written communication sent by post to the company headquarters.

When paying for your order by credit card, Biffigioielli automatically sends you to one secure page (SSL) of the Bank's website that will handle the transaction. On this page you can enter your card details (number and expiry date) in an absolutely secure way.
The data are in fact directly transmitted to the Bank, offering you the maximum guarantee.
Unlike what happens in a traditional business, where your card details pass under the eyes of the owner, the clerk, the waiter the online transaction becomes absolutely secure because nobody, not even Biffigioielli, can learn about the credit card codes used by its customers. The code is used only for the payment transaction; if the payment is successful, confirmation is immediate and Biffigioielli receives only a receipt number from the Bank. No trace of the credit card code remains in none of our archives.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the Customer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number on the order form) has right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send Biffigioielli a communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with return receipt addressed to: MPM snc di Sturiale M. & C. Piazza Miani, 3 20143 MILAN.
The communication can also be sent in advance by e-mail to the address indicated on the page contacts, under the heading "complaints", provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.
Attention: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal also lapses in the case of a customized product or tailored to the customer's request (eg personalized engravings).
WITHDRAWAL METHOD
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, software, attachments, etc.);
- the right does not apply to sealed audiovisual products or computer software (including those attached to hardware), once opened;
- the purchased good must be intact, returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation;
- to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided;
- by law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, Biffigioielli will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; - Biffigioielli does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
- upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Biffigioielli will deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The procedure to be established established by Biffigioielli, once the Customer has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal, are:

- Pending confirmation of receipt by Biffigioielli.
- Sending the parcel in the manner illustrated.
REFUND
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, Biffigioielli will refund the customer the full amount already paid, in the shortest possible time, and in any case no later than 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
Therefore it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DECADES
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Biffigioielli finds:
- failure to return the original receipt;
- even partial use of the goods and any consumables;
- the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
- damage to the product for reasons other than transportation;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
- in the cases indicated above, Biffigioielli will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
Attention: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal also lapses in the case of a customized product or tailored to the customer's request (eg personalized engravings).
WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE
All products sold by Biffigioielli are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To take advantage of the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice that he will receive via e-mail in PDF format.
The Customer with the acceptance of the purchase contract to take note of the assistance procedures in force at the time of the use of the Assistance under Warranty, which he accepts. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.
24 MONTHS WARRANTY
The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the order form).
In the event of a lack of conformity, Biffigioielli will restore the conformity of the product by repair / replacement or reduce the price, until the contract is terminated. The Customer must send the goods to the registered office of Biffigioielli. In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced) to its Customer, Biffigioielli may proceed at its discretion to return the full amount paid or to replace it with a product with equal characteristics or higher.
If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs if incurred by Biffigioielli.
DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)
Substitutions in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) occur only if expressly provided by the manufacturer and if produced under an Italian guarantee. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
Warning: product not working on delivery is not intended when the product arrives damaged due to transportation to the customer's home.
In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced) to its Customer, Biffigioielli may proceed at its discretion to return the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product with equal characteristics. or higher.
REPLACEMENT TIMES
The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
DELAYS
No damage can be requested from Biffigioielli for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements PLACED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERS. APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the Customer and Biffigioielli is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his / her municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Milan Court.

SALE PRICES
All the selling prices of the products displayed and indicated on the Biffigioielli.com site include VAT and any other taxes.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
Biffigioielli accepts orders for the Italian territory. All the sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the Biffigioielli.com website which constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the civil code, are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes.
The shipping costs will be charged to the Customer, clearly displayed before completing the order.
All the prices shown in the windows, in the product sheets and during the purchase phase are indicated in Euros.
In case of discrepancy in prices, subsequent to the Customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the Customer by telephone or by e-mail who, without any penalty, may withdraw from the purchase commitment undertaken.

The images and technical data accompanying a product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of their own characteristics but different for example for: (weight, color, etc.). If this is not successful either, the Customer will be contacted by the Biffigioielli Call Center with which he will define the delivery details. If the fourth attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to Biffigioielli, with consequent cancellation of the order with charge of shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIME
Generally Biffigioielli needs 24 / 36 hours to process the order and prepare the goods for shipment by express courier (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
For large cities the shipping time is 24 hours (1 day).
For countries or locations not served directly by the courier they can also serve 96 hours (4 days).
If the goods are not immediately available, Biffigioielli will take care of contacting you.
For example: items available to be shipped in Milan (24/36 hours + 1 day) will arrive two days after the order.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the wording "Goods control reserve"On the accompanying document and confirmed, immediately by registered letter with return receipt, to:

Attention: If you accept without adding the necessary reserves to the goods delivered by the courier, you will not in any way be able to claim any shortages or damages due to transport at a later time to Biffigioielli but exclusively to the courier.
Furthermore we specify that the following wording "Undamaged neck I accept subject to inspection"Is not taken into consideration by the courier who therefore does not accept complaints or damages, therefore the check must be done on the spot with the courier. Any hidden anomalies (e.g. theft or missing items) must be reported in writing by registered letter with return receipt within seven working days addressed to: MPM snc di Sturiale M. & C. Any report beyond these terms will not be taken into consideration.
For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
These are the steps necessary to complete an order:

WITHDRAWAL METHOD
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

REFUND

Therefore it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DECADES
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Biffigioielli finds:
- failure to return the original receipt;
